    The largest and most trusted online BJJ instructional platform worldwide. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, supplementary training videos for Kettlebell, nutrition, and Crossfit. Everything is available there, including a podcast! They sometimes do this on the mat and sometimes in the studio. You mainly gain a lot of insight into the mindset of BJJ, Judo, and Grappling champions!

2. The Jiu-Jitsu Brotherhood podcast/ Liberation Mentor podcast.

Nic Gregoriades, author of the book, The Blackbelt Blueprint, which previously appeared on our blog /blog/2020/4/20/de-10-jiujitsu-boeken-die-jij-moet-lezen-voor-je-bjj-ontwikkeling number 9 on the list. He is a BJJ black belt and has his unique interviewing style, nowadays focused on spirituality, passion, and connection. His podcast recently underwent a re-branding and is now called the Liberation Mentor podcast. Nevertheless, his old podcast has about 70 great BJJ podcasts that you can listen to.

3. Grappling Central Podcast

The host of this podcast is Ryan Ford, he has a very laid-back interviewing style, is curious, and enthusiastic. He also has a fun segment in the middle of the podcast called the “pummel”, where he fires short questions at the guest about BJJ and other interesting topics. This is usually via a conference call.

Episode 015 Ricardo Liborio, legend and involved in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program of American Top Team, one of the best MMA Gyms in the world. He is also quite accomplished himself, being a multiple world champion.

4. The Raspberry Ape podcast

This Podcast is hosted by Daniel Strauss, a BJJ black belt under Roger Gracie. Daniel is a BJJ competition fighter with various titles, and a professional strongman. Most interviews are face-to-face, which makes it a fun podcast because Daniel has a unique personality. Good flow and interesting topics!

This podcast is hosted by two brothers, Matt and Steve Kwann. They mainly talk about positioning and biomechanics, mentality on the mat, and technique. There are also episodes that delve less deeply into these topics, such as the history of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and more.

Flo Grappling is the largest BJJ and Grappling platform for competitions and news.
This is the official podcast.

Keenan Cornelius mega interview. Keenan is a young, talented BJJ fighter who is good in both styles, Gi and No-Gi. In this podcast, he shares his thoughts on how to train best, MMA, etc.
Special guest Rafael Lovato Jr. Personally, I am a big fan of Rafael. I have had the honor of training and sparring with him multiple times. A true Martial Artist through and through. After a very successful BJJ career, he transitioned to MMA and is currently the Bellator world champion.

7. Strenuous Life

Stephan Kesting has been a well-known name on YouTube for years. He has very informative videos and shows how to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu intelligently.

His podcast is not just about BJJ. Stephan is a graduated biologist, so he asks interesting questions.

8. The mat burn podcast.

This podcast is hosted by Josh Hinger and Keenan Cornelius. Both are active, high-level competition fighters.

A very chaotic podcast, but fun to listen to!

Being a physiotherapist and competing at the highest level. It's possible!

Episode 30- Israel Adesanya.
A conversation with the current UFC Middleweight World Champion Israel Adesanya!


9. Eindbazen.
In our own country, we also know a thing or two about podcasts. Eindbazen by Wiggert Meerman and Michel Vos is my go-to Dutch podcast! Both are martial arts and BJJ fanatics, Wiggert himself holds a BJJ black belt.
